​Bronze Classic (8am to 6pm) mon-fri or Enhanced (24 x 7)

Our Bronze Support Agreement provides you with unlimited, cost-effective IT support direct from our expert help desk. You will receive full access to our technical support help desk for HW/SW Support and advice. Implementation of SW/HW Upgrades will be included within the term of the agreement. Also included in Monthly Helathchecks, performance monitoring and remote access troubleshooting. IPOptions are the only organisation to include ON-SITE Visits as part of the agreement and each agreement has its no of days allocated. Visits that are required outside the number of days contained within the agreement are supplied at a reduced SLA Day Rate and these will be specified during the Support Team Meeting.

Silver Classic (8am to 6pm) mon-fri or Enhanced (24 x 7)

Our Silver Support Agreement provides you with unlimited, cost-effective IT support direct from our expert help desk. You will receive everything included within Bronze plus you will receive Monthly Vulnerability Scans and Annual Penetration testing across 5 x IP Addresses.

Gold Classic (8am to 6pm) mon-fri or Enhanced (24 x 7)

Our Gold Support Agreement provides you with unlimited, cost-effective IT support direct from our expert help desk. You will receive everything included within Bronze and Silver plus you will receive Monthly Vulnerability Scans and Annual Penetration testing across 10 x IP Addresses. Part of this Agreement will also include Unlimiited Bespoke Training around any new or existing technologies accompanied with an Annual IT Audit.

Pay-As-You-Go (Ticket Support) (8am to 6pm) mon-fri or Enhanced (24 x 7)

Our Pay-as-you-go IT-Support package is available to small and medium sized businesses that do not require monthly contracts for outsourced IT-Support. With our Pay-as-you-go service, businesses do not have to invest enterprise IT-Support rates and set-up fees. Pay-as-you-go support gives you access to our qualified IT specialists who will resolve IT problems as they occur.
 

Providing a flexible and scalable support service provided via blocks of pre-purchased support ‘credits’ that customers can utilise using telephone, remote and email support. The support credits do not have any calendar restrictions and therefore can be redeemed without penalty. Customers can request support tickets in batches of 5, 10, or 25.
